Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your Acahua jewellery. Eligible items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for tracked return postage, and original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

For hygiene and personalisation reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on earrings, personalised or engraved jewellery, gift cards, or products clearly marked Final Sale.

These conditions do not exclude or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact sales@acahua.com.au with your order number and photographs so we can help.
