Warranty

In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, Acahua provides a six-month manufacturing warranty from the purchase date. It covers manufacturing faults in materials or workmanship arising under normal use.

The additional warranty does not cover loss or theft, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised alterations or repairs, or reasonable wear and tear. Changes caused by prolonged exposure to chlorine, salt water, harsh chemicals or use inconsistent with the product’s care instructions may not be covered where they are not the result of a manufacturing fault.

Include proof of purchase, a description of the issue and photographs where possible. We will explain whether the item must be returned for assessment and what remedy we propose.

This voluntary warranty does not replace or limit the consumer guarantees, which may continue beyond the six-month warranty period depending on the circumstances.
